In a seemingly never ending quest to live up to their brand, Pure Project Brewing is releasing their first wet-hopped IPA featuring all locally sourced ingredients, including hops they picked themselves from SD Golden Hop Farm in Fallbrook. This succulent San Diego native known as Everyday California is a collaborative effort in conjunction with a La Jolla based ocean adventure/apparel brand of the same name.
Everyday California [the people AND the beer but we’re talking specifically about the people at the moment :D] is dedicated to sharing the California lifestyle with the world through ocean adventures as well as locally crafted fashion apparel. From the Everyday California website:
“Quality has always been the focus since day one. It took years to find the right materials and manufacturers that truly represent the Golden State: quality, comfort and accessibility. Today the majority of our products are manufactured right here at home.”
Pure’s dedication to a similar mantra is already well documented and reflected in the quality of their wide variety of finely crafted beers, rendering this collaborative effort a match made in… Well… San Diego 😀
Everyday California goes live on tap today at 3PM in Pure’s tap room located at 9030 Kenamar Dr #308 San Diego, Ca 92121
You can only get these wet-hopped beers once a year so I suggest you get ta drankin’ before its too late!
Cheers!
